New System Launch! We have launched a new reservation system, RESERVE.WYOMING.GOV ! Since this is a brand-new system for 2024, all customers will need to create new accounts . Check out the video below for info on navigating the new site, including how to use annual passes for reservation discounts. Lifetime Veteran passholders and new applicants: please see our ’ Permits and Fees ’ page for information on applying or using an existing pass in the new system. 2024 Reservation Season: May 1 – September 30 Outside of the season, all campsites revert to first come, first served (aka walk-in). Please note that some of our rental units such as cabins, yurts, etc. may be available year-round, at RESERVE.WYOMING.GOV Book Online 24/7: RESERVE.WYOMING.GOV Bookings Open: New inventory is released at 1:00 am, daily. Booking by Phone : 877-WYO-PARK {877-996-7275} The call center’s hours are (MST): Jan - May: 8am - 5pm, Mon - Fri Jun - Jul: 8am - 5pm, Mon - Sun Aug - Dec: 8am - 5pm, Mon - Fri Booking Opens : Wyoming residents may begin booking campsites up to 120 days prior to arrival. Non-residents may begin booking up to 113 days prior to arrival. Reservation Fees : Residents = $4 Non-Residents = $8 Fee Payment : Fees for day use and camping are charged per vehicle. A reservation pays for only one vehicle and any additional vehicles must pay on arrival at a booth or self-pay station. Refund Policy : Full refunds (minus the reservation fee) will be offered for cancellations made on or before the day of arrival. No refunds will be given for unused days/nights if a visitor leaves early. Annual permits are non-refundable. Reservation fees are non-refundable. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is required upon arrival. Check-in is after 3:00 pm, check out is before 11:00 am. For late arrivals, contact the park at least 12 hours prior to arrival. No-Show Reservations Cancelled: If someone doesn’t show up for their reservation by 11 am the day following arrival (no-show), their reservation is not automatically cancelled. Wyo Parks staff have to physically visit the site to confirm it is empty then go into the system to cancel the reservation. This requires staff time and delays the site becoming available for others! Please be courteous and cancel your reservation if you won’t use it. No-Show Penalties : When a customer doesn’t arrive to their site by 11 am the day following their scheduled arrival, they are considered a ’no-show’. If you aren’t able to use your reservation, please cancel so another family has the opportunity to enjoy the site.
